Jerad Koberstein Jerad Koberstein, a junior in Mechanical Engineering in the College of Engineering, illustrates through his dedication and actions the role of leader in the College of Engineering and on campus. He has been an Engineering Learning Assistant (ELA) and a Caterpillar Design Team Intern. Professor of Engineering and Faculty Director of the Leadership Center Ray Price stated, “I think that ELA’s are among the most dynamic and influential people in the College of Engineering and Jerad excelled in that role.” Jerad’s leadership roles next year include serving as Engineering Council President and as an Engineering Council Executive Board member
